Truthsayers® Neurotech® - Neurodiversity in the Workplace Research

Thank you for helping us with this research. We have two objectives.

  1. We want to understand how well Neurodivergent employees feel they are supported at work.
  2. We want to know how useful our NeurodiversityToolbarTM is for Neurodivergent and Neurotypical people. This enables you to select from options to optimise accessibility and readability.

If you wish, we will share the results of the research with you once the study is completed.

Neurodivergent: having cognitive functioning that diverges significantly from the dominant societal standards of 'normal'. Neurodivergent is a broad term, that includes differences such as dyslexia, visual sensitivity, Autism and ADHD.

Neurotypical: is the opposite of neurodivergent. Neurotypical means having a style of neurocognitive functioning that falls within the dominant societal standards of 'normal'.

We will ask you to complete the assessment twice. Once now and once in a week’s time. We will be asking you for your email to send you the second link, next week. This is so that we can validate the study by comparing results. You will take part once with the NeurodiversityToolbarTM available to you, and once without. Don’t worry if you do not see the NeurodiversityToolbarTM first time around – you will see it next time.

Instructions will follow, but we recommend watching the short animated films at the bottom of this page.
